Thank you to you and your team at Notre Dame Tours for making our pilgrimage to the Holy Land a memorable and spiritual experience. For myself and Marshneil, it has been a journey of a lifetime, and no other visit will ever come close to this. 

We pray that God continues to strengthen, encourage and bless you and your team to bring more people close to Him and help people touch and feel the land where Jesus walked and preached the Good News. We would highly recommend Notre Dame to our friends and family and look forward to doing more of the Notre Dame tours.

The pilgrimage to the Holy Land is a must for all Christians. The experience that I had with Notre Dame Tours has no comparison.

Our tour guide is a Franciscan priest who has access to most of the Holy Sites in the Holy Land. The vigil to the Holy Sepulchre (crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ) was an unforgettable experience. Being able to pray where the real crucifixion and tomb of Jesus Christ feels like heaven to me. I am with the Lord in real-time experience.

The renewal of the wedding vows at Cana Church is blissful. We were able to march and renew our marriage vow. The wedding was  private, solemn, and nobody was able to enter the church until the service ended. We were so blessed to have Fr. Carlos with us. Most of the Holy Sites were open for us since he is a Franciscan priest and were able to communicate with the custodians to open the church for us.

Notre Dame Tours was also very flexible in filling or adding our routes so we do not waste our time buying goods. As a pilgrim, we were able to pray, reconnect with God, and follow the story of the Bible. Everybody is joyful. The joy that we felt is like our Lord is with us all the time.

Until now, I am still very excited to see our pictures taken at different Holy Sites and I am able to visualize the Gospel readings. Indeed, we have 4 Gospels in the Bible but the 5th is where you were able to see, experienced, and follow the story of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Land. This can only be possible with Notre Dame Tours. Thank you to Rey and Fr. Carlos for accommodating us. When given a chance, I would like to go back there again!

My husband and I completed the Holy Land Pilgrimage in February 2022. Notre Dame Tours did an amazing job from the planning to the completion of the trip, and the trip exceeded our expectations.

The tour guide, Fr. Carlos in Israel was awesome. He had lot of knowledge about the places, was very witty and we enjoyed every minute. The hotels we stayed were very clean and comfortable. We had delicious food along the whole journey of Israel, Jordan and Egypt.

We have lifetime memories from our trip. If you are considering a trip, do not hesitate, go for it, and you will have the experience of a lifetime.

One of the many things that I loved about the pilgrimage was that we started and ended each day with a prayer. We even prayed and sang praise songs while on the bus on the way to and from each Holy Site. In Israel and Egypt, we had mass every day. It felt like every step of the pilgrimage was a prayer; a holy moment. 

The itinerary for the pilgrimage was well thought out and well put together. As Notre Dame Tours promised, we indeed walked where Jesus walked. In each Holy Site that we visited, we experienced Jesus. There were so many memorable moments packed into each day. And because we were encouraged to read up on the background of the Holy Sites before the trip, we were able to just savor the experience and focus on where significant events in the life of Jesus took place such as the annunciation, visitation, birth, ministry, miracles, suffering  and death of Jesus, among other things.

Highlights of the pilgrimage included a renewal of our wedding vows at Cana, an overnight vigil at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, masses at the Church of the Nativity, the Chapel of Angels, Calvary, Gethsemane, and on a ship in the Sea of Galilee, floating on the Dead Sea, crossing the Red Sea, reciting the Stations of the Cross on the very spots where those events took place.

While the itinerary was packed, we were also able to see and do “touristy” things such as spending a night in the desert of Wadi Rum, hiking to the Treasury in Petra, seeing the pyramids, and shopping. Our hotel accommodations and transportation were comfortable.

Even after the pilgrimage, whenever I read a Bible story or passage, it brings me back to those holy places and those moments with God. Thank you, Notre Dame Tours.
