All Notre Dame Tours itineraries include accommodations, meals (select breakfast, lunch, and dinner), private ground transportations, private tour guides.

Pilgrimages will be full of spiritually enriching activities and sightseeing adventures that will last a lifetime. It is important to note that there are certain amount of walking and the terrains changes greatly throughout your pilgrimage. We will encounter hills, unpaved streets, and cobblestoned streets. Please be sure to wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes that will grip the surfaces.
All pilgrimage activities are optional, and will depend on your individual stamina as you manage the various terrains. There is no refund that can be issued for any aspects of the pilgrimage which you choose not to participate.
Some of you may desire free time to pursue your own interests and you are welcome to refrain from participating in any aspects of the pilgrimage. Additional costs may also be incurred by you for these pursuits which are not covered by the pilgrimage. You will be responsible for these costs which may include taxi fare, admission fees and more.
Notre Dame Tours will not be responsible for any injuries during the pilgrimage. Please check your health and accident insurances.
NDT encourages pilgrims to acquire and protect their reservations with travel insurance. In the event the guest does not obtain travel insurance, NDT stands by an extremely strict cancellation and refund policy outlined below. Cancellation notices received:
There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy. Any claims for refund must be submitted in writing. Requests for refunds will not be accepted by phone. Valid refund requests will be processed within 45 days of receipt of claim. If you wish to cancel your tour, please send a note to hello@notredametours.com
The $300 USD non-refundable reservation fee can be credited to another Tour Package if cancelled due to political instability. Passenger must retain a copy of the invoice in order to claim credit.
Notre Dame Tours accepts check, cashier's check, and major credit cards for deposit and final payment. Credit card must be owned by the Pilgrim. There is an additional 3% fee if paid by a credit card.
Third party credit cards are not acceptable.
Final payment due date will be listed on your tour package invoice. Your final tour payment is due in one payment. Missing the final payment deadline may result in your removal from the tour.
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of annulled reservations due to late payments. If you sign up for a tour less than 20 days before its departure, the deposit and tour price must be paid in full, and is subject to the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” specified in the Terms and Conditions.
Tips/ gratuities are not included in the quoted total price.
